I’m starting an online store! Here’s what’s coming!

Big news everybody! I’m opening an online shop!

I’m going to be selling clothing, accessories, and other items featuring original designs. My vision is to create a brand that is positive, inclusive, and unapologetically fun. Maybe even a little rebellious.

Right now I’m in the process of setting up. I’m still waiting on my business registration to go through. I’m currently working on making the website look good. I’m also working on a few designs to release when I launch the store. I’m aiming to launch sometime in the next two months.

I’ve done a ton of research over the past few weeks. I’ve learned more things about businesses, taxes, marketing, and accounting than I ever knew existed. It’s a lot, but honestly, I’m loving it!

For those who don’t already know me, hi! My name is Angel. I’m 36 years old, and after years of working in jobs that have been absolutely soul-crushing and feeling like I’m always trying to be who other people want me to be, I’ve had enough. It’s time to live for myself.

While doing a bit of soul-searching in recent months, I had an epiphany. It sounds obvious, and maybe even a bit silly, but I realized that many of the things I enjoy in video games — designing clothes, running a business, obsessing over stats and numbers — are things I would love to do in real life.

That realization sparked the idea for this shop! Maybe if I’m lucky, it’ll make me enough money to eventually become my main source of income. But even if it doesn’t, it will be fun! That’s kind of my whole goal here. To make my life more fun, and maybe yours, too.
